Non Imprinted: Most items, depending on stock, are shipped

Every
effort will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered.
However, for imprinted merchandise, we reserve the
right to ship up to 5% over or under the amount of
the order.

Super Saver: Unless we are otherwise instructed.
FOB Point: California
Split Shipment: Add $5.00 for each additional address
after the first.
DISCREPANCIES
Must
inform Assurance Industries within TWO WORKING DAYS
after receipt of the completed order.

& WEIGHTS
All
sizes & weights given in the catalog are approximate.
COPY
CHANGE
Ink
Change $ 13.50f per color, logo/text change - New
plate and set-up per color.
PRODUCT
WARRANTY
90
days after invoice date. Batteries are not included
in product warranty. Abuse of product causes warranty
to be null and void.
FREIGHT
Assurance
Industries is not responsible for the delay of any
freight carrier. Parcel Post shipments will incur
a $30.00f minimum service charge. Assurance will not
be held responsible for any lost or delayed shipments
shipped via Parcel Post. Filing claims will be the
responsibility of the customer on all Parcel Post
shipments.
RETURNS
All
returned shipments are subject to a 15% restocking
fee. All returns must be accompanied by an R.A. number.
The R.A. # must be clearly marked on the outside of
the box.

Assurance's acceptance of your purchase order constitutes
on agreement based solely on our terms and conditions
outlined in your purchase order. Assurance is not
liable for delays due to customs, quota and steamship.
Assurance does not accept verbal orders. All confirmations
must be marked "Confirmation Only". If they
are not marked in this manner, the liability of duplication
is the customer's responsibility.
