Repeat Orders
Set-up $13.50 (f) per color/location. PMS Color Matching - no charge. Colors are matched
as close as possible to PMS-C (COATED) colors, exact color matching is not guaranteed.
Less than minimum - absolute minimum is 1/2 of smallest catalog quantity. Add $32.00 (f).

SAMPLES / PROOF
Random Samples - Samples billed at 1st quantity net price plus shipping.
Samples are not returnable.

Preproduction Proof
$27.00 (f) one color/one location. Add $13.50 (f) for each additional color/location. Must respond to proof within 30 days, otherwise will be treated as spec sample.

Spec. Sample
$27.00 (f) one color, one location, plus item 1st quantity price. Add $13.50 (f) for each additional color/location, plus all applicable SCREEN CHARGES.

Note:
If an actual order results from a spec. sample, ONLY A REPEAT ORDER SCREEN CHARGE per color/per location will apply to the new order.

Artwork

Black & White camera-ready or digital artwork is required.
All the artwork will be sized to the maximum imprint area unless otherwise specified on your purchase order.
Art Charge: Any art that requires retouching will be billed at $27.00f minimum and $45.00f per hour.

DIGITAL ARTWORK
* Digital artwork can be sent via e-mail to: art@assuranceind.com or in PC format on CD, 100 Zip disk or 3.5/disk.
* Multi-color imprints require color separation art for both camera-ready and digital artwork. Halftones and gradients should be sent digitally so that adjustments can be made on the line screen output for best results.
In house color separation $20.00f per color.
Artwork by factory $60.00f per hour.
* Files such as:
Adobe Illustrator (10.0 or lower versions) (.eps),(.ai), or (,pdf)
Photoshop (7 or lower versions) (.psd) (.jpg) or (.tiff)
Corel Draw (9.0 or lower versions)
are accepted with minimum resolution of 300 dpi. All text should be converted into outlines or curves or fonts should be attached to the file. We do not accept Mac fonts.
* Digital artwork sent should not be more than 3MB.
* Pre-production proof sample is recommended for any artwork with halftones or gradients.
* Multiple-color jobs needs a vector based artwork (Illustrator or Corel Draw)
Assurance will not be responsible for the order and the artwork with halftones or gradients if no pre-production sample is requested.
*Fonts with outlines can not be guaranteed accurate registration. It is advisable to convert fonts to outlines.

COPYRIGHT / TRADEMARK LAWS
Assurance assumes that submitted artwork is in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. Purchases, by placing these orders, agree to hold Assurance Industries Inc. harmless for damages, cost and/or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use to said artwork.

ARTWORK ARCHIVE
Assurance is not responsible in storage of camera-ready or digital artworks. Inform our customer service account managers if artwork sent to us needs to be returned.

REPEAT ORDER
Any order will be considered as a Repeat Order only if it is placed within one year and has the same artwork and text as the previous order. Any changes to the order will consider that particular order as a new order. Also, re-send the repeat order artwork.
Please do not assume that we have your artwork on file even if it is a repeat order. Currently we only have artwork for orders that were done after DECEMBER 1999.
